RIHANNA COVERS W MAGAZINE

Barbadian singer and songwriter, Robyn Rihanna Fenty covers the September issue of W Magazine and in it Riri is giving us “last woman on earth” vibes in a post-apocalyptic photo shoot.

The creative and fashion director of the magazine, Edward Enninful gave her thoughts behind the shoot saying she wanted something futuristic and looked for designers who had a futuristic edge to their collections.

I wanted something more futuristic, which is very much a part of the [fall] season. Hood by Air, Prada – all these designers showed collections that had a futuristic edge. So she’s living in a dystopianworld and she’s fearless, which is pretty much Rihanna’s personality. She’s not scared, and that’s what I love about her. She’s royalty.
