Courageous Osinbajo Arrives Maiduguri After Boko Haram’s Deadly Attack

Hours after Boko Haram insurgents launched deadly attacks in Maiduguri, the Borno State capital, Acting President Yemi Osinbajo, has arrived the troubled town to pay a one-day working visit.
Osinbajo defied the presumed security threat, despite announcement by the Nigerian Police that 17 persons have been killed and and 24 others injured in a coordinated attack on the Borno state capital.
The acting president is in the state to flag-off the distribution of 30,000 metric tonnes of assorted grains for the Internally Displaced Persons, (IDPs) in the north-east.
